These useful fans are so beautiful! They are made from stiffened Ghanaian fabric which has been pleated and attached to wooden handles. The handles have been covered with leather to make them comfortable to hold.
The fans are about 33cms in diameter when open, but then close to measure a more manageable 25cms.
You can use them as a very effective fan, or hang them on the wall as an unusual decoration.
Hand made in Ghana by local talented artisans, who have been treated and paid fairly.
