This beautiful yoga mat is made from recycled sari strips tightly woven to make a very strong but attractive yoga mat, which could also be used in the house as a floor mat.
It is 60cms wide and 180cms long, and is bound and backed with a strong woven cotton fabric.
We also have a matching bag available.
The company which makes these is very inspiring as they take in women with problems of all kinds and train them in the skills they need to support themselves and their family. The workshops, in a suburb of Kathmandu, are bright and comfortable and run according to fair trade principles.
